NEW WAY TO DO CAR JACKING (NOT A JOKE)

Heads up everyone! Please pass this on...
You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside. You start
The engine and shift into Reverse, and when you look into the rear view
Mirror to back out of your parking space, you notice a piece of paper Stuck
To the middle of the rear window. So, you shift into Park, unlock Your Doors
And jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is) That Is
Obstructing your view. When you reach the back of your car, that is when the
car jackers appear out Of nowhere, jump into your car and take off. They
practically mow you Down As they speed off in your car. And guess what,
ladies? I bet your purse Is Still in the car, and if they see your home
address and have your Keys, Your Home is now compromised!

BEWARE OF THIS NEW SCHEME THAT IS NOW BEING USED.

If you see a piece of paper stuck to your back window, just drive away,
Remove the paper later and be thankful that you read this e-mail. Hope You
Will forward this to friends and family, especially to women. A Purse
Contains all kinds of personal information and identification Documents, and
You certainly do NOT want this to fall into the wrong hands.

Please Keep This going.
Thank you.

Doctor allegedly borrowed name

LOOK AT THIS.... I CAN'T BELIEVE IT...

Palm Beach Post Staff Writer

Saturday, December 09, 2006

ROYAL PALM BEACH — The name on the white lab coat, résumé and patient thank-you cards all read Dr. Sean Craig Fein.

But the man who for nearly a year prescribed eyewear for scores of customers at a Wal-Mart was no Dr. Fein.

He wasn't even licensed as an optometrist in Florida, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, which arrested him at his Highland Beach apartment early Friday morning.

Denis Jason Palmer, 43, allegedly convinced nearly a dozen optometry clinics in Palm Beach and Broward counties that he was Dr. Fein. He was charged with practicing optometry without a license, scheme to defraud and grand theft, sheriff's spokesman Paul Miller said.

More than 20 grams of marijuana and large amounts of OxyContin were found in the apartment, sheriff's deputies said.

Palmer was hired Dec. 28 last year to work part-time as an optometrist at the Wal-Mart, in the 9000 block of Belvedere Road. He collected more than $15,000 in salary while impersonating Fein, deputies said.

Palmer, who worked as a licensed optometrist in New York several years ago, used Fein's résumé, insurance information and colleague referrals to get hired at the Wal-Mart and nearly a dozen other stores ranging from Target to Walgreens, deputies said.

Palmer once worked with Fein, who is licensed in Florida and New York, deputies said.

Detectives said Palmer's scheme began to unravel Nov. 16 when he illegally parked in a handicap spot outside the Wal-Mart.

Sheriff's Detective Gabe Carino said a deputy who happened to be in the parking lot spotted Palmer parking and followed him into the store.

An employee told the deputy that Palmer was Dr. Sean Fein. But when the deputy examined his driver license, the name was Palmer's, Carino said.

After an investigation that lasted weeks, deputies arrested Palmer and his girlfriend, Nadia Edita Becovic, 29.

The money that Palmer received for illegally practicing as an optometrist was allegedly funneled through a company, Florida Eyes Inc. Becovic is listed as the owner of the company, Carino said.

Palmer was able to operate under the radar because "people don't usually question someone who they think is a doctor," Carino said.

"You've got to ask questions," he added.

All electrical has been completed and switches have been changed....

Paint has been completed in the living room, dining room, family room
and the master bedroom

Next is the office and the master bath

Man the days are long.....730am wakeup, 10am work, 8pm dinner, then work
on car if it needs it...I'm actually reaching my limit, can that
actually be?

Last thing...I got my kitchen table all together, man I love the

Everybody lets SWITCH

Well, an early morning to go to riverside resulted in us finishing all
the electrical outlet and switches....can u believe that home builders
charge 5 bucks an outlet....we did it for $1.42....free well
experienced family help, can't beat it

Work was nominal at best...so little patients until the afternoon then
evening super packed...I really wished it would be that busy all day

Most interesting patient was a man who had a piece of concrete that
bounced off the front of his eye. Thanks goodness it dident get stuck

Last thing for the night. Car has been idling funny. I think it has to
do with ezlube putting to much oil...I think I'm done with them...now
that I have all the equipment I'm going to go ahead and do it
myself..byebye ezlube

What color to paint.....

So to spare the long winded update.....I closed escrow on the house
sept27, 2006. An exciting day for me. Now starts all the work of
preparing the house for move in. Yes I could just move my stuff and
live on the floor, but why? I have choosen to make it personal and
creative and I'm and starting by doing small things like make the
outlets and switichs a modern face lift. Why now u say, I say why not,
its the details of the house that tells the personality.

So today we went to pick up the paint for the primary living spaces.
The master bedroom, the familyroom, living room, dining room and the
master bathroom.

We started this project on monday oct 9th with the electrical, and plan
on finishing it and prepping the whole house for painting on monday.

I'm am now starting to itch to move in but I know without furniture
there it would suck. So I wait patiently as I get the pieces choosen
one by one and plan to match and complement each room. I know that
maybe by thanksgiving ill be there. I think that's my goal that is
obtainable

Here were the many finish choice I had....man I am a bit technical for
all this. Like wanting to reseach the difference between finishes and
why I should use one vs another...

Owell time to sleep...work on the house in the am work the IEOS meeting
in the evening, then rip the rest of the stickers off the car for a
potential monday detailing appointment....YAH!!!

mom of a member of the band korn..that's was kewl...man great income
day..

Bad part of the day was after work I went to get gas and the stupid guys
at the station put someone elses money on my pump. For most people this
would be good but for me it forced me to go inside and after I pumped
the gas I left like I normally do and I left my fricken card
there....luckiely I have work near there and I called them so that I can
pick it up after...

Just got back from irvine

Man...130am...just got back from irvine...only a 40 min drive not too
bad....I actually thought it would take longer...I helped yolanda move
her big furniture to her new place...it very nice and just now becoming
homey....I haven't seen yolanda in a couple of days and its actually
been pretty tough...almost like we are far apart again...well as our
schedules adjust I'm sure it will get better...40 min apart now...I
wonder if I can make that any faster...hmmm...we shall see...I really
miss yolanda and I kinda feel we dident get time to spend time together
b/c we were moving so much...maybe this weekend if we can squeeze time
in....I think I'm going to have to make time to stay out there because
40min is near the threashold of my driving abilty at 1am...does that
mean riverside will be further....I hope not by too much...well time to
sleep and I'm going to try to wake up at 815 to talk to yolanda so that
I can at least spend time talking to her...just needing to adjust and
compromise to get more time for each other...welll I'm going to sleep
and I, so happy to have my sidekick back...I'm going to try to write
more....so until tomorrow...g'night

Visitors

Well over the last weekend I was very busy...I got a chance to try to
show my family from qatar and manila los angeles in a day...we picked
them up at lax at 9am and then headed straight over to 3rd street
promonade in santa monica for brunch at the beanery, then we headed to
the santa monica pier and looked at the brown water, after that we
headed to rodeo dr in beverly hills to hang out with the snooty people
of 90210, and then over to LA's farmers market for lunch, and the
adjacent grove to do some shopping. After lunch we headed to hollywood
and highlands where the kodak theater is and the chinese mann theater/
walk of fame. Lastly we went to griffith park, which is the closest u
can get to the hollywood sign. And last but not least we headed to
where my cousins claims "the best doughnuts in the world" are at krispy
kream..and them home to sleep, I was so tired after all that
driving..pheeww

So I'm sitting at the airport seeing my family off from the
phillippines. I'm looking at the sign and see the funniest thing. The
second line on the board is airline mexicana to destination unknown
leaving at 1206am. Man I hope I don't ever go there. Hahaha.

...and then I realized I haven't flown anywhere in a while....man I
should take a vacation after the house....somewhere nice...

We'll see..hopefully

My car hit 80,000 miles yesterday

So I was driving home and had to pull over to take an exciting picture
of my speedometer. The car was at exactly 80,000 miles. Great thing
was that I put a new motor in at 65,000 miles so the cars only 15,000
old, and its a 2001. Funtimes in the suby..
